On July 30th, ITL Myanmar Aviation (Air Cargo Logistics) has transported cargos from Yangon to Bangkok on B737 Pax for cargo charter flight of Myanmar National Airlines to connect with KZ (Nippon Cargo Airlines) which is intended to provide the demand of transporting cargos from Myanmar to the US and up to 60cbm from our customers.
Nippon Cargo Airlines (KZ) is offline carrier to Yangon Airfreight market so that the feeder airlines on regular schedule are required to connect with KZ via BKK gateway. As there is no feeder airlines from RGN to BKK during these two weeks, RGN Aviation team has liaised with Myanmar National Airlines to transport KZ cargo on their P2C (Passenger to Cargo) flight for RGN to BKK with the charter option.
This is the first time that ITL Myanmar Aviation has used the charter flight to connect with offline carrier for transporting cargo. Cooperating with Myanmar National Airlines to transport cargos by charter flight to the Bangkok transshipment terminal during this period is a flexible solution to adapt to the situation aiming to meet the freight transport demands from our customers and partners. After ITL Myanmar Aviation transporting these cargos to the Bangkok transshipment, the cargos would be loaded onto KZ aircraft and continue being transported to the US.
In the crisis period, nothing is easy and things are always fluctuating. But those things would not stop the ITL Aviation team to look for innovative and diversified solutions, stepping out of the safety zone and trying to adapt to new the situations to continue providing the perfect solutions to our customers.
